Secretary General Menelaos Ydreos sits down with Gulf Intelligence

The Secretary General of the International Gas Union (IGU), Mr Menelaos (Mel) Ydreos, sat down last week with Dayla Sabbagh of Gulf Intelligence to discuss the most pressing energy and Gas related matters of today, from tariffs to geopolitics, and from LNG to coal.

The most important takeaway from Mr Ydreos' interview is that energy security and affordability, particularly in the emerging and developing economies, will trump the prerequisites of the energy transition.
